Matt Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
Matt Johnson is responsible for setting Visage Mobile's strategy, and he assists with raising funds and signing new clients. He co-founded Visage Mobile in 2001 when he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) with St. Paul Venture Capital (now Vesbridge Partners). Prior to St. Paul VC, Matt was the founder and chief executive of an online ecommerce company that he grew from start-up to $25 million in revenue annually, gaining in excess of a half million customers in 18 months. Previously Matt Johnson held senior management positions with leading media, telecommunications and software companies.
Dean Alms
General Manager, Visage Enterprise
Dean Alms is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Visage Enterprise Mobility solution. Dean was the former vice president of corporate strategy for PeopleSoft and has a strong history of leading entrepreneurial initiatives, including creating the Electronic Commerce/EDI practice at KPMG(now BearingPoint), launching PeopleSoft's web-based self service applications and introducing their Enterprise Portal. As a founder and executive officer of Groundswell, Dean Alms rapidly created an industry leadership position in the strategy and implementation of a variety of internet-based commerce solutions for consumer and business markets. » Read Dean Alms's blog posts
Rashesh Jethi (JT)
Chief Technology Officer
Rashesh Jethi (JT) has architected, designed, built and deployed the systems that make up Visage Mobile's on-demand services platform. He continues to guide Visage Mobile's technology strategy and product evolution. Previously, he was vice president of IT at Virgin Mobile USA where he built systems that supported Virgin Mobile's launch in North America. Earlier, JT was vice president of Information Technology at NorthPoint Communications. Brian David
Senior Vice President, Business Development and Sales
Early in Visage's history Brian David was instrumental in evangelizing the MVNO / MVNE models to consumer brands and carriers nationwide. Currently he oversees global sales and business development, including key customers, carrier partnerships and other relationships. He was the director of business development for Moxi Digital (now part of Digeo, Inc.), where he was responsible for the relationship with Moxi investor and customer AOL Time Warner. Previously, Brian David was the executive director of Channel Marketing at NorthPoint Communications, a telecommunications and technology consultant at Bain & Company, and a media and communications investment banker for Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Manuel Brachet
SVP and General Manager, Mobile Services
As general manager of Mobile Services, Manuel Brachet oversees Visage's Subscriber Management business, with direct responsibility for product strategy, product management and account management. Since joining Visage, Manuel Brachet has led the implementation, launch and operations of several mobile operators, including EMBARQ Wireless, and has served in various marketing and business development roles. Prior to joining Visage, Manuel Brachet was director of business development at IPWireless, a leader in mobile broadband acquired by NextWave Wireless. Manuel Brachet previously led market planning at NorthPoint Communications, a national DSL provider acquired by AT&T, and served as a consultant in the telecommunications strategy practice of KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint).
Steve Grossmann
Senior Vice President, IT and Operations
Steve Grossmann oversees Visage Mobile's technology development, delivery and operations, including production environments, production support center and services, capacity planning, quality assurance, release & deployment management, billing operations, and reporting operations. He was vice president of Network Planning, Deployment and Operations for NorthPoint Communications where he was responsible for the planning and deployment of its DSL programs. Previously Steve Grossmann worked at MCI - WORLDCOM / Centex Telemanagement where he led local services business development, planning and operations, as well as at U.S. Sprint where he was director of Technical Support & Network Systems Development.
Anthony Damaschino
Vice President of Enterprise Products
Anthony Damaschino is responsible for Enterprise Mobility product strategy and definition, as well as ensuring that customer feedback is captured and incorporated into the product development cycle. Prior to Visage Mobile, Anthony led multiple workforce initiatives and technology implementations covering relationship management, enterprise technology, and HR applications and services at Novartis, Groundswell, and PeopleSoft. At Novartis, Anthony led several Talent Management initiatives including SAP Recruitment, HRMS, and self-service deployments focusing on world class people and process experiences. Prior to Novartis, Anthony Damaschino was VP of HR at Groundswell and held a variety of roles over his nine year tenure at PeopleSoft, legendary for providing "outrageous customer service."
