Visage Mobile Closes $10 Million E Round Financing to Fund Business Expansion — New Round Led by UMC Capital

SAN FRANCISCO, June 19, 2007 - Visage Mobile today announced it has closed $10 million in series E funding led by UMC Capital. All of its previous investors participated in the E round.

Visage Mobile has been serving wireless companies since 2001 and includes Disney Mobile and Embarq Wireless among its customers. Visage Mobile provides robust subscriber management systems as an on-demand service to wireless services providers.
