Call Center

Via the Visage CRM, Visage provides call center agents with access to a complete range of care functions, including ordering, activations, provisioning, billing inquiries and troubleshooting.


Credit Verification

Integration with leading credit bureaus, including advanced decisioning and credit class assignment based on credit scores.


Fulfillment & Logistics

Visage supports the flow of order, shipping, inventory and third-party commission data between the Visage Platform and the Fulfillment & Logistics provider. In addition, Visage supports processes pertaining to reverse logistics (warranty, repair, restocking and returns).


Payment Processing

The Visage CRM supports acceptance and authorization of payment transactions via credit cards, debit cards and EFT. The platform also supports the use of lockbox providers for customer invoice payments by check.


Bill Presentment

Together with a bill presentment partner, Visage can deliver a paper invoice or an electronic bill image viewable in the CRM or on the web.


Prepaid

Prepaid functions supported via integration with the carrier’s Service Control Point include activation, replenishment updates, balance updates and balance inquiries.
