Information Architecture
MobilityCentral's Information Architecture has a people-centric approach supported by these three design attributes:
Action-Oriented
MobilityCentral provides the user with a well organized set of action items allowing the most productive experience with the application. Often a user will have a specific task in mind when accessing MobilityCentral and the goal is to provide one-click access to those tasks.
Mobility Groups & Profiles
Unique to MobilityCentral are Mobility Groups and Mobility Profiles that organizes the features and availability of various mobility services, providing the user contextual access to the devices, service plans, policies, support, and billing information.
Performance-Driven
The MobilityCentral application offers role-specific dashboards for all users who need to monitor mobility and provides the capability to drill down into detail- or action-oriented tasks. MobilityCentral generates several performance gauges that can be surfaced to all users in the organization, including end users for self governance of policy, spend, usage and more. For example, a monthly spending gauge will be surfaced to managers and executives, who can then perform actions such as drilling down into the detail data for closer analysis, or triggering the delivery of a pre-formatted message to alert over-budget users.
Network Architecture
The MobilityCentral network architecture was built with a focus on redundancy and security. Network architecture review and optimization are standard tasks in the deployment methodology with consideration given for large-scale rollouts with complex geographic requirements.
